Coconut Pie

Coconut Pie
makes its own crust

4 Tbsp melted butter
4 eggs
1 2/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
2 c milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 c coconut

Beat eggs . add sugar, butter and vanilla
Mix well.
Add milk and flour gradually
Then stir in coconut
Pour into baking pan or pie tins
Bake @ 325º for 35 min
Makes 2 pies
